The Colosseum is situated in the center of Rome, Italy, and was built from stone and concrete. It is considered to be one of the greatest works of all time and is the largest amphitheatre within the Roman Empire and the world. It had a seating capacity for around 50,000 to 80,000 people and was used for public spectacles and gladiator contests.

The Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal is a mausoleum made from white marble and is located in Agra, India. The monument was constructed by Shah Jahan, a Mughal Emperor, in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. It is highly admired the world over.
